The brief

Consultants are hired on trust, and trust has to be earned before the first conversation. A school district leader or nonprofit director arriving at the site needs three answers fast: what she does, who she has done it with, and how to book her. The subject matter, equity and wellness in schools and workplaces, also invites two failure modes, corporate blandness on one side and activist heat on the other, and the brand had to sit comfortably between them.

The site also had to carry a real career. Twenty years as a K-12 educator, twenty-two years as a wellness instructor, and more than three hundred educators impacted are facts that deserve better than a bullet point, and the design's job was to make them land.

What we did

01

A logo that carries both halves

The mark pairs a colorful emblem in teal, magenta, lime, and gold with clean monochrome lockups for formal uses. It reads warm up close and professional at arm's length, which is the register of the practice itself.

02

A hero that names the outcome

Build Healthier, More Equitable Classrooms and Workspaces opens the page, with a plain supporting line about tools, support, and strategy, a Book a Session button, and the 300+ educators impacted figure placed high where it does its work. A short introduction to Kennedra, educator, coach, facilitator, and wellness advocate, keeps the first screen human.

03

Three services, cleanly separated

Coaching, consulting, and collaboration are easy to blur together, so each gets its own card and its own promise: action plans for equitable challenges, content built for cultural responsiveness, and facilitated conversations on race and fairness. A visitor can tell in one glance which one is theirs.

04

Proof, in numbers and names

The about section tells Kennedra's story beside her three headline numbers, 20 years as a K-12 educator, 22 years as a wellness instructor, and 300+ educators impacted, and a collaborations section names real partners, from SHAPE America to Lighthouse to Prince George's County Public Schools. A media section collects her podcast appearances and panel discussions, so visitors can hear how she thinks before they book her.

05

A booking path with no detours

Book a Session follows the visitor down the page, and the closing section, Let's Work Together, opens a short inquiry form, so reaching out is never more than one click away, wherever the visitor is on the page.

The result

The brand and the site now speak with one voice: professional, warm, and specific. A district leader can scan the services and the partner names in two minutes; a teacher can feel the tone in the first screen; and both arrive at the same short booking form. The identity system leaves room to grow into programs and products later without losing the clarity it has now.
