I look at the live site, the issues you mentioned, and anything you want to fix. I come to the call with a view, not a blank page.
We talk through what's working, what's costing you, and what I would change first. If a rebuild makes sense I will say so, and if it does not, I will tell you that too.
After the call you get a short summary of what we discussed and, when it makes sense, a fixed quote and timeline, so you can decide with the facts in front of you.

Speed is part of the build, not a patch after it. Glow Mama Go was built from scratch on WordPress and Elementor and opened at 94 on mobile and 99 on desktop in Google PageSpeed Insights. Every build gets the same treatment: measure, fix the slow parts, and show you the numbers.

A real before and after, measured on desktop
Her old homepage measured 48 on desktop PageSpeed, with a 4.3-second largest contentful paint and visible layout shift while it loaded. The rebuild put speed first: 98 after, largest contentful paint down to 0.8 seconds, total blocking time down from 570 to 100 milliseconds, and layout shift from 0.048 to 0.001. Then the redesign gave the speed somewhere to land.
