The brief

Cleaning is a service people only buy once they trust you. The crew comes inside, usually while you are out, and no amount of clever copy substitutes for that. Deraz had built its name through referrals and repeat bookings; the site had to make the same impression a happy neighbour would, quickly, and to people who had never heard of them.

The brief came down to three things: make the site feel as careful as the work, put a quote no further than one scroll away, and show the credentials without turning the page into a trophy case. Two different audiences had to get their answers fast: homeowners booking a deep clean, and office managers comparing vendors.

What we did

01

The booking form leads

The form sits in the hero, right beside the headline. Name, email, phone, service and job details take about a minute, so a first-time visitor can go from landing to quote request in one stop.

02

Pre-qualification built into the form

Five service checkboxes and a scope selector mean every enquiry arrives already sorted: deep clean or move-out, home or office, small job or full day. Quotes get priced on the first read instead of after a round of phone calls.

03

Proof placed at the point of hesitation

“Trusted by homes & businesses for 15 years” sits directly under the intro copy. The fully-licensed-and-insured badge anchors the booking card, exactly where someone pauses before handing over their address. Client testimonials close the argument further down the page.

04

Warmth over the corporate look

Most cleaning sites reach for cold blues and stock photography. This one goes deep green and warm cream, with photos of the crew at work behind soft glass panels, so the first impression matches what clients are actually buying: a home that has been genuinely cared for.

The booking card: every field earns its place, and the service checkboxes do the qualifying.

The result

The finished site works like a front desk that never sleeps. It reads as established on the first screen, lets visitors start their quote immediately, and answers the trust question before anyone thinks to ask it. Every enquiry arrives with the service, scope and space details attached: less back-and-forth, faster quotes, and a phone that only rings for people who prefer calling.
